Beautiful Property, Great Location
February 4, 2022I lived here for 2 years, and loved my apartment. The grounds were always very well maintained, and the office and maintenance were always friendly and responsive. Only moved due to work relocation, but if I ever move back I will definitely be looking to move back here. Lied about pricing
May 6, 2021My wife and I were planning on applying and moving into Bridgeway. I spoke on the phone with the manager and she quoted me a price for the specific unit. Then she sent me a follow-up email with the same exact price. But when I went to apply for the apartment, the price was $40 higher. I emailed nicely for clarification and presented the evidence from the email that showed the lower price. They completely ignored my evidence and told me that they never gave me that price. Nickel and dime you!
December 18, 2020The apartments are beautiful but management and the way they run the place is awfulllll. I’ve lived here for going on three years. Each year they raise rent, we’ve been charged fees for access to the pool, gym, and printing facilities that we CANNOT use during this pandemic! They justify it by opening the gym and pool only during business hours which just so happen to be when most residents work! They lock you into a cable and internet provider. They just switched from AT&T to a very very basic ...(like 14 channels) form of spectrum and we are still being charged over $100 dollars for it when you could easily get the same package for way less. They send passive aggressive emails that threaten residents if they have religious symbols outside their apartments. They also sent emails regarding flags flown on balconies when lgbtq flags were flown saying they had to be removed but have not since sent anything as others flew flags that contained cussing. They claim to be family friendly but I sure wouldn’t want my child seeing a flag like that! We have very noisy neighbors that I’ve had to call the courtesy officer for but he did not return my call until 2 days later. What good did that do? Overall not impressed at all! Cannot wait to move as soon as our lease is up because I’ve heard breaking your lease here is so expensive!Property Manager Responded

Horrible management
June 30, 2020If I can give it zero star , I would. Place is ok and very expensive for the town. Horrible management. After leaving the place , they will come up with a ridiculous amount of fees for every single thing. Don’t even think you will get your deposits back!! I do not recommend this place until the management is changed.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Place to call home.
July 9, 2018I just moved out of Bridgeway Apartments at the end of June. My experience over the last 3 years has been amazing. The office staff is wonderful they really go above and beyond for the residents here. The place is very well kept. The maintenance staff is always around the community and always great at taking care of anything I needed them to do in our home. The pool is beautiful and the 24/7 fitness center is huge for an apartment. I would have stayed here longer but I had to relocate for a job ...out of state. I was sad to leave. You cant go wrong with living here. I felt safe and the place is quite. Did I mention cable and internet is included in your rent!! Poor Experience When We Left
July 6, 2018After living at Bridgeway for almost two years with little complaint except EXTREMELY loud upstairs neighbors we bought a home in Maryville and moved out. Because we did leave before our second lease was up, we had to pay a pretty high buy out. Not a big deal, we had budgeted for it. We received our final invoice which included our buyout charge. The letter stated we had 15 days to pay the invoice. We sent a check 5-6 days later. 2 days later, only 8 days from the date on the original letter we ...received two very threatening letters one to each of us. Saying we were going to have complaints filed on our credit if we didn’t respond immediately. My husband called the apartment office since he could not locate a customer service phone number for the management office (not local btw). The local woman was very rude. She said that we should have called when we received the invoice. My husband responded that the letter simply said to pay it within 15 days and we had. She ended up hanging up on him. It’s a decent enough place to live but I would not recommend it due to this experience and the lack of courtesy some of the other tenants have.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Bridgeway
August 8, 2016My family and I have been at Bridgeway for just at a year now and have been very happy with it. We moved from out of state for a job so we were nervous about moving to an area that we weren't familiar with and where we don't know anyone. Our neighbors have been great and we enjoy the pool and the playground. The employees have been very helpful so far- maintenance helped us the same day with an issue trying to get our washer up and running and the ladies in the office helped us get the kids set ...up for school when we first got to town. Living at Bridgeway
August 16, 2015My wife and I currently live here at Bridgeway. We've been here going on 2 years. So far we think it's a pretty nice place to live. We have a washer and dryer in the apartment, all of our appliances came with it, a nice community gym, pool and clubhouse! For everything we have it's pretty good rent.
