    Everything is in disrepair, and the management is lazy and rude. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place.

    My stay at BE was very comfortable. It was easy to move in, manage payments and move out because of wonderful management at the office. The maintenance people are hard working and nice too. I liked my spacious balcony where could come out and breath fresh air. I also greatly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool during summer and September and indoor swimming pool.
