Used to be great but no longer

It has great potential to be high class again but since their ownership takeover in 2022 it’s been nothing but problems and lack of communication. I cannot believe this is real!
August 7, 2015So I moved from a house on 120 acres after 20 years living on a farm, to this beautiful apartment with a garage I needed, boom, it was there, I needed a washer/dryer IN the apt., boom it was there, I have a puppy AND a cat, boom, they accept pets for real cheap, I have my own handicap parking space! , they have monthly get togethers for all the residents, the pool? omg! awesome!, the grounds? super clean, my sink was clogged when i moved in, they were here in 15 minutes!! fixed, done, I applied ...for a 2nd floor, but asked if a bottom floor came available, it would be great for my condition, they called in 1 month before i moved to tell me the great news i had gotten the bottom floor and 20 ft from the dog park? are you kidding me?
