Going downhill fast

As a current tenant, I have witnessed a fast turn for the worse after the owner, and manager took over. They are no longer performing simple maintenance tasks in a timely manner or at all in many circumstances. The fact they don't have a full-time maintenance crew anymore has been very detrimental to the experience of living here. The new manager doesn't follow through on her commitments and appears to only care about getting new tenants and not taking care of current ones or the property. I ...
along with many other renters are looking for other places because this doesn't appear to be getting better anytime soon.
