In short, mold is a huge problem. Staff is a huge problem. No accountability, crazy fines. & old run down apartments that are falling apart.

The leasing office mislead us and did not divulge all the information while signing our lease and many other times throughout the lease. Be sure to read the tiny fine print and don’t just go with what they tell you. Ended up costing us.

Bridlewood is in a quiet, nice neighborhood. We were excited when we moved in but it was a mistake. First of all, the walls are paper thin. (I had to listen my neighbor's snoring for a year, really!) AC rattles inside the unit, very loud outside. Poor-quality appliances, constant ant problems. But the worst part was the management/owners. They raised the rent *twice* during the pandemic, literally benefited from COVID-19. Before we move out, they came for a pre-move-out inspection and told us ...
everything looked good. Then, they sent us a $1700 final bill. Later they told me that they couldn't see the damages in the unit due to our belongings. Are you kidding me? I lived in seven different apartment complexes, haven't seen anything like this before. I can't recommend Bridlewood, avoid especially if you have kids.

Really enjoying living here thus far. The location is in a great area. Lisa, dewayne, and Mary were all very helpful through the whole leasing and move in process and have still continued to be. Terry with maintenance is very prompt in completing requests no matter how big or small.

I have lived in apts in knoxville for the last thirty years since retiring from military svc.Have lived here over ten years.There are many services which i would give the managers over the years an excellent such as a great feeling of safety in and around apt areas but i would put apt maintenance as one of my favorite.I have never had to wait more eight hours for a maintenance request to be addressed and all were resolved in an excellent manner.I highly recommend BRIDLEWOOD WESTLAND APARTMENT ...

So it seems better than it is. Yet they don't fix things well or do anything preventative like spray for spiders or insects. When our ...
ac unit froze up we had water coming up from our floor. They came and fixed the ac unit but shrugged off fixing the floor or trim that is bulging from the water damage. There is a gap so big under our front door lizards can come in.
So far we have removed two lizards from our apartment. I can't wait to move out of this place. Do not live here. It is worth the $100-200 more to live at one of the other apartments near by.
