I’ve been here at brierwood for almost 2 years it’s been really nice to live out here very peaceful!! Really friendly neighborhoods and very quiet at night. Property is always kept clean and the apartments are very well taken care of 10/10 would recommend.

We reside in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom in Borger that we thoroughly enjoy. The manager is exceptionally amiable and prompt in addressing any maintenance concerns. My living quarters are spacious and well-maintained, and the neighborhood exudes a sense of safety and tranquility. Moreover, the location is ideally situated for my commute. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking an exceptional living experience.

stayed 1 year and a half. went to renew 3 more months and manager tried to sneak us in on 1 year lease, good thing i didnt sign, after we turned in 30 day notice, after our 3 months lease was up, manager lady changed up on us, we paid by the first every month on a three bedroom, she came up with a 800$ bill to keep our deposit after we paid for a cleaning service. was told by maintenance man,"She does this a lot" everything seeme good until we told her we were leaving after 30 days. she ...
changed up on us and avoided us, beware, you wont get deposit back, even if you pay for cleaning service!!!!
