used to think highly of this place but I've been without hot water since Friday. I called the property manager and she said that she would try to send someone out to my apartment. I've called endless times and now they tell me that the lack of hot water is not an emergency that they would come out on Monday. We understand how disruptive it is to be without hot water, especially over a weekend, and we recognize that this experience did not meet the level of service we strive to provide for our residents. After reviewing the situation, we identified opportunities to improve how these types of service requests are handled and have taken steps to ensure similar reports are escalated appropriately moving forward.
