Brighton Place is AWESOME! This is the best place to live.
April 26, 2017We have been living here since Feb 2014 and it's been awesome the office staff is awesome to work with they maintain the grounds any issues with apartment Is resolved very quickly.. It was a good decision to move to Brighton Place.. love it here!!!! My cat really likes the large balcony where he can hang out. Not as good of a deal as you think.

Don't expect much
August 9, 2016I have lived in this complex for over a year. Since the new management company has taken over the complex has gone downhill. Sure they make the grounds look pretty but that's about it. Don't expect to do laundry in the laundry center because they've ripped out all but a couple and are not putting anymore in. But don't worry they will put one in your apartment for 40$ more a month. And the gym has been closed down indefinitely and they have no idea when it will be open again. There are kids ...running around at all hours unsupervised and playing in the roads. And now the tenants have become extremely sketchy. Expect the police to be in the complex quite often. June 9, 2016I normally don't like to write reviews but I'm hoping my review saves someone else. I have lived at Brighton Place for a year and a half. It had great reviews prior to AMC taking over. They were offering a small amount off of your rent if you wrote a good review. I chose not to and here are my reasons why. The grounds are the only thing beautiful about this complex. They will charge you up for everything and not fix anything. My laundry room flooded back in December at no fault of my own ...from an apartment over mine. The hall wall and hall bathroom wall were damaged. It was move never repaired. I ask twice they came out and did nothing. At that point I decided to move once my lease was up. I gave 60 day written notice in May and asked to do a final walk through on 7/1. I moved out on 6/1. I paid for rent and all utilities for June. I was also informed this week that I have to pay for 5 days in July. They are rude and they do not work with there tents to resolve any issues.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Apartment at a Great Location
August 14, 2015This is a really nice one bedroom but spacious apartment, the rooms are quite large, the kitchen is a good size and the bedroom is huge with a large walk closet space. Best of all, there is a big covered balcony patio so you can sit outside in the summer and enjoy the great view of the Wasatch mountains and the incredible sunsets. It's located in the South Salt Lake area of Midvale so it's close to lots of restaurants and stores, and only a few blocks from Fashion Place Mall.
