Decent enough until move out
November 18, 2023There's nothing wrong with the units themselves ar the complex as whole. The maintenance staff was pretty good, the front desk people were polite and my apartment was solid for the price. TLDR: Take lots of pictures when you move in and when you move out. Also, if you think it's clean enough before you move out... think again. Before I moved out, someone from the apartment looked at the unit and told to clean a few things to avoid being charged. However, when I moved out they game a massive ...bill for cleaning and damages. It was almost $500 and that's AFTER they subtracted my $250 security deposit from the original charges. I'll admit there was a little damage to the vinyl floor but it was very small and only accounted for $100 of the bill. The cleaning section of the bill was $240 and I left that place as clean as I possible could. Before I moved out they looked at my bathtub and said I only needed to clean it. Yet, when I moved out they charged me $190 to resurface it even though I did what they asked. The staff is extremely helpful, the whole compound is very well maintained and the apartment is just the right size for me. Decent
September 3, 2016I've lived here almost 4 years, and no major problems. I transferred from a 1br to a 2br, and they made it pretty easy. I like being able to walk my dogs on the large grassy area to one side of the complex. The office staff are nice enough, and it is in a convenient location. I am considering leaving, but I can't find anything better that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Give them a shot. It's nice here.Review from Apartments.com
