I've lived here with my wife for almost two years. It's been a terrific experience. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. The complex has many upsides like the pool, the tennis court and the fitness center. The staff is very caring and they answer your calls. I have only had two issues with the apartment and they were taken care off pretty quickly by maintenance. I truly recommend this nice and quiet neighborhood.

If you are looking for the best looking apartment in the area, look to a newer place. If you want a caring staff, super fast maintenance crew and a value for your money, this is the place. Quiet, very convenient location next to Brightwood housing development and very close to the interstate. Nice pool area, monthly movie nights during the summer. The apartment staff is so nice and caring. You can always find somewhere to rent, but the staff is huge. Anytime I had a maintenance issue it was ...

My family has lived here for 1.5 years and have really grown to love it. We have made tons of friends and feel that our kids are super safe. The apartments are all big (better than any other place we looked at)and it is super quiet (no thin wall disease).
The management is real personal and cares greatly for all the residents. When the new manager took over a few months ago she addressed safety issues immediately, things like lighting, speed bumps and making sure the gate works all the time. I ...
feel really good knowing my kids can play safe and have people other than me looking out for them. They definitely go above and beyond.
The maintenance crew is spot on. If they cannot get to you right away they let you know why and when to expect them. I have never heard of a neighbor having to wait for a repair in a true emergency.

Please do not waste your time trying to come here. I went through the entire process, filled out paperwork, and filled out the money orders. The lady, who was a fill-in and way more professional than the managers, handed me the keys and told her I was on the third floor instead of the first floor that I was promised. She knew that I was frustrated and knew that I should have received some kind of accommodation due to the negligence and lack of communication between the other two female ...
workers. She tried everything that she could do but told me that they would not allow her to do anything. I went the next day to talk to the property manager and it was a waste of time. I do not even know why she works there. She lacks professionalism and she in no way tried to find a solution. She is rude and needs to be fired. She told me to either take the top floor or nothing at all. This was highly inconvenient for me. I plan this location to my both of my jobs, I paid deposits for my electricity, and I ordered my furniture to fit this apartment. Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to find an apartment that my furniture will fit in. I urge anyone not to waste their time and if they are brave enough to take the risk to write everything down.
