    Since moving in every thing has been pretty good and front office staff has been super great from the beginning. I’m not going to rate a full 5 Star since I just moved in, I don’t have a full feel for the community itself but the parking could be a bit better, just a few more parking spots.

    Overall, great experience. Has everything you would need. My only complaint that is within their control is the doors to the stairs are so loud. It’s just constant slamming all day.

    It’s quiet for the most part but needs improvements. The stairwells need pressure washing. I have a lot of wasp nest on my balcony that pest control informed me they will pressure wash them down and it has never happened.

    Decent complex, a lot of communication issues with leasing staff. They changed our unit due to damage, but the unit we moved into was also damaged. maintenance is very nice, but will mark things as complete when it hasn’t even been looked at.
