Great place to call home!

I've been here for 3 months and am so grateful I took my 1br apartment when I had the chance because it has been so peaceful here. Although being an older building the apartment has been well maintained, clean, no rats, mice or roaches and are apparently well insulated as my December 2024 BVU utility bill (elec, H2O, swg) was only $100! The apartment has phenomenal water pressure along with some seriously hot water. The second story 1BR and larger apartments also have a nice balcony. I'm lucky to ...
have great neighbors all around me and I couldn't ask for a better manager than Holly who is always kind, respectful and always willing to help if she can. I would absolutely recommend Downtown Plaza Apartments to anyone looking for a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartment in the Bristol area.

Love love, Love this place. Landlord is really nice. Make it work anyhow. Most convenient place. More space. New remodeling unit is way better than ever. They are remodeling all the units and make sure everything is working great for tenants! Glad to be here!

When I first moved in the property manager was on top of maintenance and made sure the tenants kept the property clean. Now she left and the new property manager doesn't ensure any maintenance is done, the windows are leaking and celling gets wet every time it rains. It's been going on for months and they will not do anything to correct it. My neighbors have dump collection outside their apartments (tires, old furniture, etc.). Not to mention bugs, the dumpster has people living in or around it, ...
and any basic concerns verbalized are ignored.
