Great place to live.
June 26, 2023I recently read the negative reviews and ask myself, are those my neighbors? I have lived here for 5+ years and found that the management is very friendly and helpful. The response time for my request for maintenance has always been within 24-48 hours. Then maintenance would stop back and check to see if everything was ok. I needed safety bars for my shower, and mgt said that I would have to purchase what I needed but that they would install them for free. They did that the same day I called. Terrible maintenance
October 5, 2022I’ve been here for a year and some change. The only consistent thing is the bad maintenance. Everything in my unit is renovated. But literally every week for a year straight, my toilet does not flush. I’ve had visitors stay with me and have the same problem. Every time I put in a request for maintenance to come fix my toilet, I say it’s urgent because i have to pee. I have gone multiple days without a working toilet before because maintenance shows up maybe a day or two later. So I have had to ...hold it all night, or go at a local Target. Worst place to live!
May 23, 2022Literally don’t move here unless you want a 3rd bedroom apartment. Walls are so thin, you can hear literally everything above you. Floors squeak like crazy. Management is poor, only care about getting their $ instead of resolving any issues. Looks could be deceiving I highly recommend you invest your money elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

Management only cares about money, shuts utilities off regularly without notice, and has not once answered the phone in my almost year of living here. Bait and switch
March 29, 2022Their ad shows “units available”. But when you make an appt to view them, you are told they have none available here. However, they do have units available at their other locations. Their other locations, to put it nicely, are less than desirable…not updated, not in great locations, and just look rundown and dirty. Just thankful they told me the morning of my appt and not had me waste my time driving all the way down there. Very deceiving.Review from Apartments.com
