Inconsiderate
August 19, 2024The first couple weeks is always fine, but the staff are very unfair and treat people so unprofessionally. You will pay a fortune but will receive no respect. Went downhill
July 3, 2022Property has went downhill and so has the staff. Wouldn't recommend and won't continue to pay the high prices for a trash property that has nothing but crime now. Take my advice and rent elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

The worse place ever
October 10, 2020This was a total nightmare from day one. The atmosphere felt like a cheap hotel. For the money these people charge you would think there would be full A+ upgrades. NONE what so ever. It smell like dog thru the walls. Had bugs everywhere and the people only spray one time. The neighbors were always every night I complained but of course nothing was done. For all the money they charge and rip you off of. Yes they ripped me off, you would think they would at least upgrade the apartments to ...make a person feel like they were at home. Wouldn't ask my dog to stay here. That place really make you feel a certain sad way and it wasn't never a feeling like you're at home. Management had don't care attitude, Never once did anyone reach out to me and ask me how everything was going. They just about that dollar. There are better apartments in the area to live in. I got stuck living here because I moved from out of town on a whim so time was not really my side. But of course the photo will fool you. Good luck.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Brown Recluses Violent Neighbors
January 1, 2018Apartment was infested with Brown Recluses. Had over 30 traps placed in apartment that were full of brown recluses. Upstairs neighbors had "guests" that would allow 3-5 children to run and scream all day everyday. Neighbors would scream at us for parking in "their" parking space. Rude management that did nothing to address noise issues.Property Manager Responded

Terrible experience! Zero stars!
May 16, 2017If you have bad neighbors, mine were drug dealers and party animals, don't expect them to care to fix it. My place reeked of pot. My neighbors garage door was under my bedroom and opened and closed all hours of the night. They slammed doors and partied so hard pictures fell off my walls but they were too scared to handle it. All of your little issues ask them to fix before you move. They can tell you that it won't affect your move out fees but they will. Don't ever paint. If you prime your walls ...back they will still charge you despite what they say. Don't bother cleaning as they will charge you for petty things like dusty vents. August 23, 2015This is a perfect place if you love to shop, its location by the local malls. 5 minutes from one mall and 20 minutes away from 2 more. The property is well kept, the staff are friendly.The apartments a very large in the inside, the pools and other are always clean. Everyone who visits, loves my apartment
July 22, 2015Bristol Park is for everyone! 2 large pools, dog park, peaceful community, courteous staff, excellent neighbors... Parking is not the best, but most units come with a garage. It is in Madison, but it is close enough to Nashville and Hendersonville and surrounded by stores and restaurants. Young couples, families, retired, single... it is safe and fun for everyone!Review from Apartments.com
Great place to live
July 22, 2015Bristol Parks is a quite community. My husband and I fell in love with our apartment the moment we walked in. It has a nice amount of space for our family. We also have a two car garage which is a plus. I have friendly neighbors, and I never hear what is going on around me so that is a plus as well. They have great amenities. I love the 24 hour gym, my husband loves the car wash, and our children love living so close to the pool. Overall this is a great place to live.Review from Apartments.com
