love this place, the staff is great
May 18, 2019This place is a wonderful community to live at. The apartments here are well maintained and the property is always clean. The maintenance guys Chris and Matt are always friendly and just over all amazing. Whenever I had any issues with my apartment, Maintenance was always quick to respond and correct any issues I had. The new office staff are very friendly and would go the extra mile to assist me with any issues I had. I loved my time there and highly recommend these apartments, It is a safe ...and quiet place to live.Property Manager Responded

Do not live here!
October 3, 2018The property is not too bad but not worth the money. I have been living here for 9 months, and I regret it. The management is terrible. They keep changing office staff every few months. The floors are thin so if you live in the bottom apartment and you are a light sleeper. You are screwed! There was a hole behind my dishwasher, so I had to deal with mice for over a month until I complained enough about it for them to seal it. The previous maintenance guy said they maintenance manager knew about ...but didn't do anything. It took almost one month to get the flapper on my toilet fixed and an A/C filter. The only reason why it did not take longer is that I threatened to call corporate. I still have issues with my toilet, but I have gotten to the point where I do not care anymore unless it leaks water and I can't use it. The gym is the worse I have ever seen. It is straight up trash. It looks like an old gym room from a Rocky movie. The treadmills have been broken since I got here and they have not bothered to remove them. They have cracked screens. Not sure if it is the local management that does not care or corporate. They said they have no money. That to me is a red flag. This place should be a lot cheaper for what they offer. They can't seem to keep maintenance staff for too long because I am sure they realize it sucks to work at a place like this. If you value your money look somewhere else. If you want to live a place that is old with crappy management, this is your place. The only positive thing about the area is that its quiet. Do not park your car on the side road where it's dark unless you want it broken in to. Courtesy patrol means they have no security and the cops might show up once in a while. I have not seen them since I have been here. Don't be fooled by the pictures, this place is the worse I have lived at. You will regret it. Unfortunately I can't post pictures.
