Overpriced and poor service
December 18, 2022Most expensive apartment I've lived in while somehow having the worst amenities. Insistence on online payments for rent rather than in-person payments and this mechanism often didn't work properly. This place was just shy of a breach of the implied warranty of habitability. Overall, a regrettable place to live. If other options available, you should take it.Review from Apartments.com

July 23, 2022Moved to NC from out of state, based on the pictures we would rent until we could buy a home. L reading person never said we would be in the 20 yr old apartment! Smelled bad, shower head broken, the refrigerator very loud all the time!! Mini blind broken when we moved in.. definitely tour the place…. The next day started looking for a home to buy. September 30, 2021Parking is ridiculous, the trash can is always full and trash is piling out everywhere. Anytime you have an issue the main office has no answers for you. Every Sunday the sewage gets backed up and it smells disgusting all throughout the apartment. The air conditioning is very loud. Walls are super thin... I could keep going.Review from Apartments.com

September 2, 2020The apartments are over priced the vent for the air is dead smack in the middle of the wall in the livingroom the new apartments was build quickly and there are nail coming up in the floor in the carpet the walls are thin they let anyone move in the pool in chipping my daughter cut her foot in it the trash can is always broken or full they don’t have any upgrades amenities it’s not worth the money at all..Review from Apartments.com

September 2, 2015This place is not even 5 minutes from four seasons and downtown, with a Wal-Mart right up the street. Lots of food choices around and next to North Henderson High School. You can't hear them unless you are outside when they have games. There is a great outdoor pool, and a gym that is open 24/7. The rent is a little on the expensive side, and sometimes you get stuck with loud people above you. Clean place, well maintained.Review from Apartments.com
Good for the soul
