I’ve lived in this complex for about three years, and the office and maintenance staff have always been very kind. They respond quickly and try to resolve any issue as fast as possible. The community is very quiet, and we’ve felt very comfortable and safe.
Being just one block away from a main avenue is an extra plus because it gives easy access to restaurants and shops.

Love living here. Grounds are kept neat and clean. Maintenance is always prompt and on time. When needing things fixed, maintenance always takes care of it right away. Property management care about their residents and their needs, they are always prompt and on time answering your questions and on returning your call. If things were different, I wouldn’t have been living here for 7 years.

We have been living here for the past 2 years and have enjoyed our stay at Brittany Square. They are very pet friendly and have cleaned up and made so many improvements since we first moved. Staff had been very helpful and have made transferring units an easy process.

The office staff is warm & welcoming. The ladies are extremely helpful. The explain all policies & regulations clearly & are available to answer any questions at anytime.
