I love that they host little events for residents. The property stays clean and peaceful, and there are plenty of dog stations around. We haven’t had any bug problems besides mosquitoes. Everyone we’ve met here has been friendly. The elementary school bus picks up and drops off right in front of the property, and the 6–12 grade school is within ...walking distance. We rented a apartment here thinking that it was a great price for this apartment, let's rent it. My husband was the frist to see it and when he told me that it had roaches I was very mad. He also said that the apartment was not clean at all. Stove nasty, bathroom, floor etc. We end up moving back to California. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE NASTY APPARTMENTS AT ALL.
