Poor leasing office

I have lived here for the past year, and overall, the property itself has been a nice place to live. We have had good neighbors, and fortunately, we have not experienced any major maintenance issues during our stay. However, the experience with the leasing office has been extremely frustrating and, quite frankly, unprofessional.
Parking is also a major issue, as there simply are not enough parking spaces for the number of residents.

notice to vacate on time to the email address listed on the apartment community’s website. I later discovered that the email address either does not work or is incorrect. I went to the leasing office in person to ask for assistance, only to be given a business card for the property manager and told to contact them directly.
The problem is that the leasing office is rarely, if ever, operational. The phone numbers listed on the manager’s business card actually rang inside the leasing office when I tried calling them, which was incredibly frustrating. The staff member in the office was unable to provide any meaningful assistance or explain how I should proceed.
At this point, my lease is about to end, I have to move out, and I still have no idea how the move-out inspection is supposed to be scheduled. I have attempted to communicate through the email addresses provided and have tried calling, but getting a response or any useful assistance has been nearly impossible.
It is extremely disappointing because the property itself is nice and the neighbors have been great, but the lack of communication, organization, and accountability from the leasing office has made the move-out process unnecessarily stressful. Residents should not have to struggle this much just to communicate with their own property management, especially when they are trying to follow the terms of their lease. If I could give them zero stars I would,and I am so glad we decided to end the lease and go to a place that value their tenants and theit time.
