Great place to live
October 15, 2025I have lived in Brittwood since September of 2017. I haven't had any issues and any maintenance required has always been completed. The front office staff is always pleasant. They keep up the property so that it looks nice.Review from Apartments.com
Wonderful place to call home!!
August 12, 2022Right from the start I was beyond pleased with the property. The staff in the front office are so kind and professional they went above and beyond to be 100% informational and welcoming. Move in process was just as wonderful the maintenance guy came and introduced himsself to us and went over some important tips for us to know and they noticed a few things and went ahead and got them corrected for us right away!! Couldn't ask for better!!
May 9, 2022I am currently making a BIG move from FL to GA so of course I have all the nervous jitters that comes along with moving to a different state. Brailee was able to take a lot of stress off my hands by helping my transition to a new home as seamless as possible. Always available to answer all my questions and was even able to make adjustments for me to get the exact unit I wanted. I couldn't ask for better assistance. Love Brittwood Apartments
September 18, 2019I’ve lived in Columbus for 7 years and have mainly stayed in apartments. I stayed in two different Greystone apartments, a privately owned condo, and Whisperwood, before finally finding Brittwood. I have to say that Brittwood is the best complex I’ve ever lived in, both in Columbus, and in other states in which I’ve resided. The office staff is wonderful, the maintenance guys are so sweet (one even stopped to help me change a tire in the dead heat of summer), the apartment layout is unique and ...comfy, the grounds are always clean and feel safe, and you can’t beat the price, especially when you look at all the amenities you receive as a resident. I could ramble on for hours about how much I love living here, but I’ll just say that I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, but affordable living arrangement.
