Not to happy with up keep of yhe pool area. Disorganized and garbage left unless its brought up to management to have the garbage picked. The amount of guest that was said I was only to have in our pool area is not implemented.

Great community! The staff is amazingggg. I can’t say enough good things about them because they truly care about the people who live here. You are not just another resident at Brixley. So far all is ok have no complaints other than the gate not working and the entry to the buildings not working so far. The access to the apartment is not so friendly

Neighborhood is peaceful. A convenient area close to Elllenton Mall and other shopping areas. Friendly staff. Beautiful pool area. Easy move-in process. In love with the apartment.

The apartment complex is beautiful but the move in process for me has been a little bit disappointing. My apartments air conditioning did not work when I first moved in, neither did my ice machine, one of the fridge drawers was also broken and some of my closet racks were unstable and off the hinges/wall. I have put in service request and they are pretty fast with getting things done but you would expect all of these things to be done before you move in. I’m also a night shift nurse, which means ...
I sleep through the day and having to have loud servicing done while I try to sleep is not really convenient either. The gates are also always open and the doors to the building are also always open as well even though it’s suppose to be a secured building/property. Other than that the community has been great, it’s in a great area, and the staff has been very responsive and friendly/welcoming! Looking forward and excited to live here!
