February 3, 2026While I love it here, love my apartment, think the staff are really great ... I am growing a bit frustrated with the lack of security. Gates still are not operational, and now it seems the outside doors are either ziptied to stay unlocked or just do not lock at all. Part of my decision to rent here was a safe environment. I think that needs to become a priority. Rents are not cheap, and in the nearly two years I have lived here, the gates have never been operational. I feel this violates ...what my lease promised me, and I think it's also part of the reason people choose to not renew their lease.Property Manager Responded

January 28, 2026Besides the random residents that dont care about the property & neighbors.throw garbage that the maintenance has to consently have to clean up and random dog owners that dont pick up after their big dogs.I would say thats the only thing Staff is great. January 25, 2026I cannot recommend this place more than anywhere else I lived in an apartment. Stephanie Office are so helpful, kind and courteous. From the manager, to the assistant manager, to the new on the group, they exceed my expectations. January 25, 2026Great place, we have been here 3 years, close to many restaurants and shopping. Many more being built in the Costco shopping center. New homes and apartments also being built, it will be a busy area. The pool is great in the spring and summer.Property Manager Responded
