January 25, 2026I cannot recommend this place more than anywhere else I lived in an apartment. Stephanie Office are so helpful, kind and courteous. From the manager, to the assistant manager, to the new on the group, they exceed my expectations. January 25, 2026Great place, we have been here 3 years, close to many restaurants and shopping. Many more being built in the Costco shopping center. New homes and apartments also being built, it will be a busy area. The pool is great in the spring and summer.Review from Apartments.com

October 25, 2025Things are going downhill. There doesn’t seem to be any accountability for broken rules. Dog poop covers the ground, trash cans are left in the hall all week, smoking is a continual issue. Upkeep in the building is failing, carpet is dirty, stairwells are nasty. Maintenance within my apartment is perfect. I love my apartment, it’s the surroundings that are disappointing.Property Manager Responded

October 17, 2025I’ve had to have a couple of things done since I wrote the last review but I do wanna say that everything is going so wonderful here maintenance staff is outstanding and also the office they can’t be any better and always holding something nice and fun to do so I would say if you want a happy place come to Brixley thank you LindaProperty Manager Responded
