I moved into this apartment on February 14, 2025, and unfortunately, I’ve had a very disappointing experience. When I first moved in, I gave them a good review, believing they would keep their word regarding maintenance and repairs—but that hasn’t been the case.
From day one, several things in my unit were unfinished or broken, including the sink, the area under the sink, the toilet, the door, the window shields, and the drawer. I have been going to the office every day to request repairs, and
...each time, they tell me to go back to my unit because maintenance will be right there. It has now been over a month, and nothing has been fixed.
This is totally a joke! A human being deserves to be treated with respect. Going to the office every day, being told that maintenance will come, and then nothing happens is beyond frustrating.
I recently moved to San Antonio in February, and I don’t want to judge the city based on this bad experience. However, the way this apartment complex has handled things is completely unacceptable. I’m not someone who tries to ruin a business, but at this point, this situation is out of control.
I’m writing this review in the hope that management finally takes action and that new renters check their unit thoroughly before moving in. I will also attach pictures to show the condition of my unit.
I hope they fix these issues soon because no one should have to go through this after moving into a new home.
