  • management could be better

    This is a decent place to live with better than average security measures, which is good for this area of town, but management rarely enforces any of its own policies, especially on the weekend when there are no employees on site. If you move in here expect that people will park in spots they didn't pay for including your own. They will leave the most putrid smelling garbage in the hallways even though the dumpster is less than a 70 foot walk away. They will occupy all handicap spots ...
    illegally. Drunken Tenants will puke in the hallways and elevator without cleaning it up. Pet waste is pretty bad as well. I have seen drug addicts knocking on random doors and loitering in the hallways. One unknown tenant knocked on my door and asked me if he could have my Wi-Fi password and use my Wi-Fi. He got mad when I told him no, and management doesn't do much about it except for send out a scolding email every once in a while.
