The only downside is the price.
May 30, 2024It is expensive, but so is every other apartment complex. Unlike the other expensive coplexes, this complex provides free parking, elevators, and modern appliances. I've been to around 10 other complexes on a guided tour and some of them were close to a nightmare with a similar price tag. The staff are super helpful from the receptionists to maintenance. I've had no issues with noise, bugs, or late replies from management. If you're sociable, this complex offers great amenities and sometimes ...has a food truck come out/events in general. If you're the quiet type like me, the noise level from neighbors is great with consideration that you're in an apartment. Last note: this complex is in a populous area. Don't leave things in your car or thiefs might break your window to steal it. I've also been panhandled a few times at the gas station across the road.Property Manager Responded

You never know what you will get with an apartment complex simply based on online reviews. However this group exceeded even our expectations. From the time we first walked in, we were treated with courtesy and kindness. The apartment itself is a dream. March 15, 2022Brizo has definitely made moving in simpler than I thought it would. Apartment is in great conditions, like new I would say. Staff is great, Chelsea was simply amazing with all the moving process, answering emails late night with the questions we had. We had to get a couple things done within the first week like changing a light bulb and draining the hot water tank and Joe from maintenance was also great.
