Home Is Where The Heart Is And My Heart Is At Broad River Village Apartments
November 28, 2024I chose to move here with my Fiance, daughter, dog and cat and glad I did. This place is amazing. Office staff was welcoming and did a great job in placing us in a nice 3 bedroom unit that I am glad to call home now. All the amenities are nice to have on site. Hope someone finds this review helpful. Someones always going to have something bad to say all I can tell you is don't listen and come schedule a tour and look for yourself and make your own decisions. Best decision ever!
August 26, 2024Choosing broad river village was the best decision I ever made! My boyfriend & I were desperately searching for the perfect place to raise our little girl! And the moment I walked into broad river village, I knew! Emily at the front desk was very helpful & explained everything in detail on what we needed to know & how things would work. She gave us an amazing apartment tour promptly even though we walked in in the middle of a busy day. She truly made us feel like she cared. She helped us get the ...applications & paperwork done so patiently. And Ashley, the leasing manager took over with Grace & was so polite & quickly helped us get everything we needed to be able to get in as soon as possible so we could bring our baby girl home! The apartment is absolutely wonderful. Very open floor plans, they look stunning, perfect for our little family! You can tell they genuinely care about their tenants & how comfortable they are in their homes! And one of the most important things is how affordable they are! We couldn’t live in 80% of what’s available around here, most places are WAY too high. But broad river gave us a chance to bundle so much & make it possible to give our just getting started family a place to call their own & don’t get me started on everything they offer outside the apartment! Very well kept areas, pool is to die for, and I can’t wait to get into their fitness center once I’m able! Between the ladies in the office, the amenities, and how absolutely great our life has been since the day we walked into their office, I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that will listen to me!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
