They refuse to fix issues
April 2, 2023Moved in- the water hose was not attached to the sink. It took them 7 months and multiple requests to finally address the issue. Moved in- the door was broken. It did not close properly which is a huge safety concern. Well, it still has not been fixed. On top of that, weird moldy smell in the apartment. Got stuck in this year-long contract. They know this and refuse to fix anything. I will say, the location is fairly convenient.Review from Apartments.com

Would never recommend these apartments
March 5, 2022I Been here a year and honestly I don’t have anything nice too say other than I like my neighbors. I don’t have an updated apartment so everything is very old and outdated. They take forever to fix issues. my neighbors just up and left bc of mold issue. And I have a big hole in bathroom over the shower where they supposedly fixed a leak but never came back to close up the hole. So all I see is dirty brown installation barely pink I highly wouldn’t recommend. And u notice they only reply too the ...good reviews.Property Manager Responded
