I have spoken with several people in the office on several occasions (face to face and through email) about my neighbors who currently live above me. I’ve even provided video recordings of the noise level, and of my glasses shaking in my cabinets. Nothing has been done to alleviate the noise. It is now after 10 pm and I tried to reach a courtesy ...office for some assistance, but that not an option. This Cortland property is not what it use to be and as a resident who has been here 7 year, I’m very disappointed.
