he office staff have unexceptional communication and do not hold to their word. We were given faulty information of an open unit but after our application fee was run, we received a call that the unit won’t be available until the end of November so we can either be homeless for 2.5 months or rent a 1 bedroom and convert the living room to a bedroom. Because of misleading info, we were told we’d get a refund but a month later, they told me there’s no proof of our conversation and I’m not getting ...
