September 27, 2019he office staff have unexceptional communication and do not hold to their word. We were given faulty information of an open unit but after our application fee was run, we received a call that the unit won’t be available until the end of November so we can either be homeless for 2.5 months or rent a 1 bedroom and convert the living room to a bedroom. Because of misleading info, we were told we’d get a refund but a month later, they told me there’s no proof of our conversation and I’m not getting ...my money back. Decent for the year that we were there.
July 13, 2018Broadmoor was poorly managed when we arrived and new staff came in about half way through out lease who also poorly managed the apartment. Beware that they will find any small thing to try to serve you a vacate notice if you are living there and speak up against their policies. If there's something going on that you don't like, just shut up and leave at the end of the lease or else the managers retaliate. Also beware that pet fees paid to the apartment are not applicable to pet damages when the ...lease is over. I suggest getting a ESA to avoid up front fees all together since they are probably going to make you pay to replace the carpet anyway. The price is good, the AC freezes over all the time but that means its frigid in the summer, which we loved. The management is kind and nice, but they are by no means competent enough to handle the occupancy they are managing. The funnies thing is I left to become the occupancy manager of a 5,500 bed complex and much of what is going on there would not fly in public housing, but hey, I'm done with them and I hope that you don't have too many issues with them either. Great if you mind your own business and don't have pets. Would recommend for someone just trying to get cheap fast housing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible is an understatement
June 30, 2016I have been living here for over a year, and can say with complete confidence that the ONLY good thing about this place in maintenance. I find it very odd that all the review for this place that used to be on this site have been deleted and the only one remaining is the ONLY positive one. The staff is extremely lazy and incompetent. They are insanely rude, show up late, take 2 and a half hour lunches together, leave early, never answer the phone, never check voicemails, and have been threatened ...several times with lawsuits. LAWSUITS people. You will not get what you pay for as the construction is scarily cheap. You hear toilets flushing, every step your above neighbors make, along with every step taken and word spoken in the stairwell. NONE of the rules are enforced (noise, leash law, pool) The pool is NOT 24 hours it closes at 9. The hot tub is almost aways closed as management does such a poor job and enforcing simple rules that children are constantly vandalizing it. Also, my dog was attacked by an off leash german shepherd and NOTHING HAPPENED to the own or the dog as again, management couldn't possibly care less. Amazing Comfort
August 11, 2015I just moved into this new apartment building on the 1st of this month, from out of town, and I couldn't be happier! 24/7 swimming pool, exercise room, tanning bed and business center. The staff is friendly and the environment is peaceful. It has been an easier transition into a new city and job with a great place to live.Review from Apartments.com
