Rent is affordable and we have plenty of space, upgraded floors, a nice layout with a fireplace, good parking, tall old trees and picnic tables, a private patio and private fenced backyard! Loving it!

I just moved in a few weeks ago. We have had some issues with the apartment - but everything is fixed within an hour! We are really happy with the staff and with the apartment. Would highly recommend!

Jessica and Jen have been phenomenal to work with! Any time I need something they jump on it and it’s fixed within a few hours. They make sure that all my apartment needs are met! I love these guys! I went from being a homeowner to renting due to some life changing circumstances. I was terrified to be renting again and they have made it the most pleasant experience! I really have enjoyed living here at Broadmoor Village!! Thank you Jessica and Jen!

The staff here goes out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant. The 2 work orders I put in was answered and fixed within the same day with someone from the office giving me a courtesy call to let me know the problem was fixed. The grounds are well kept and they are big on not letting people leave their dog mess all over the property. Which is awesome!!!

This apartment community is just minutes away from great restaurants, and the Jordan Landing Mall and even better a movie theater. The common areas are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a daycare center located on the property which is so helpful for those parents who work. Nice place to live, well kept apartment complex and the location couldn't be better for all your needs.
