Terrible experience
November 11, 2023I’ve lived in many apartments in multiple states and broadmoor168 has been the worst! They promised a gym which took forever to get done and it has 2 treadmills (one of which does not work) and 2 ellipticals for 100 apartments! They kept saying that the clubhouse will get done as soon as they get a couch and it’s over 2 months now! The coffee machine that they have for the entire building a personal one person machine which is now is the leasing agent’s office!! They have no lobby.. The call box ...is taking forever to get fixed.. The garage fob takes 5 minutes each time to work.. there’s delays in maintenance issues getting taken care of.. I could keep going… and when you try and talk to the leasing manager all you get are extremely rude responses! So much for Nebraska nice!!! This has been a terrible experience!! Broadmoor has a few apartments in Omaha but Broadmoor168 is the worst!! If I could I would have given it a zero star rating!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
