In addition to the automated system that requires you to leave a message and wait for a call back, (a call I never received, btw), the one time that I did get an actual person on the phone, she was very rude and started talking about me “asking all these questions” to her coworker(s) while I was still on the phone! I would rather live in a cardboard box on the street than to have these rude/unprofessional people managing any ...

Roach infestation like I’ve never witnessed in my life. Horrible up keep on units. When it rains outside it rains inside. No promises in the lease have been upheld. Period don’t waste your money.

I have had a wonderful experience here at Broadmoore Gardens. The staff works very hard to make the residents happy. They have fixed any problem that I have had in a timely fashion. The property manager has had no problem with meeting with me personally to answer any questions that I've had and to listen to and help resolve any problems. I have lived here a few months. Since I moved in I have experienced various issues with the apartment unit and the staff. I have had to call the police on my rowdy neighbors because the security that works here is unable to do their job. The office staff are all useless when it comes to solving problems. I have called to report serious issues within my apartment unit and some of the office workers lied to me (by saying that the issue was being resolved although Nobody had been to even look at the ...

I have been living here a year and have had no issues with the neighbors or management. Since I have been here any issues I have had has been quickly resolved. They even had a guy come out in the middle of the night to fix my AC! Additionally, the new management has taken the initiative to repave the parking lot and install new mailboxes.

I love hearing and seeing all the kids having fun on the playgrounds. It has made the summer better for us and the large grass areas are a great space to relax in or just to be outdoors with pets or hang with friends. I can't wait for the Olympics - we'll be having our own relays on the field - ha! The pool is another bonus here too.

I love living at Broadmoore! The staff is so friendly even the manager came to make sure my outlets were fixed and the maintenance guys are so nice!! It is actually really quiet around here. They are having a movie night on a big projector screen outside my apartment this weekend. Im loving it!

Bad neighborhood, trash everywhere, people hanging out and fighting. No one in office knows what they are doing. All the other reviews are fake, they pay residents to write them. Nothing is renovated, all they did was put in cheap carpet and light fixtures. Save your money and time. New name but it's still Landmark.
