Beautiful apartment & amazing staff!
July 24, 2019I could not have signed my lease here faster. After touring the apartment, I had to have it! The leasing manager, Yuliana, was so friendly and helped us through every step of the process. She personally gave us a tour of the apartment that was available. I was impressed with how clean and new the apartment felt. The kitchen is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious. The few issues I found were fixed within 24 hours of signing the lease. The staff at Broadmore is proficient, friendly, and puts ...your happiness as the first priority! I love my apartment!Property Manager Responded

April 26, 2019Funny because I posted that review 8 months ago and Broadmore posted a reply stating they offered to spray but I turned them down because I have a baby. I do not. I live along with no pets. I am also in middle apartment and my neighbors and I were NOT charged for heat for almost 3 months because there WAS NO HEAT. This complex is full of lies and denial. You also have not addressed the carpet beetle issue or the mouse problem I have left 2 messages about. Also, the laundry room and storage area ...have mold all over and someone was stabbed outside the building next to mine recently. It was in the news!Property Manager Responded

Do not rent here!
August 26, 2018There is a major ant problem and the residents have had to resort to spraying the outdoor perimeter themselves. Refrigerators leak and the drainage is clogged so food gets soggy. Management does not report repair requests. Half the outlets don't work, the ones that do have burn marks due to shotty wiring. Heating repair request was sent in before furniture was in the apartment and the maintenance guy didn't come out for over 2 months. Informed us that the furniture was blocking a 2ft section of ...the full room length heater and this was the cause of lack of heat. We have to run the shower for about 10 minutes before the hot water kicks in. Closet doors fell off track 3 months after being here. It took an additional month to have someone come out and remount them. They left black greasy smudges all over them and the wall. Both the kitchen and the bathroom sink leak. Maintenance used plumbers tape to fix leak and it came back a few weeks later. Have not heard back yet about it. Almost all of my blinds have broken and no word on replacement. Completely unprofessional management and maintenance. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I cannot wait to leave.Property Manager Responded
August 29, 2018We scheduled an exterminator to visit your unit after you called to report a bug in your apartment, however you cancelled stating that you did not want spraying b/c you have a baby. All of your calls were addressed as they came in. You live at the end of the building so it does take longer for the water and heat to warm up, and it is true you do need to leave some space between the furniture and baseboard to allow the heat to flow, at least 6 inches is optimal. Any other calls that came in were addressed in a timely manner. If you would like to further discuss these issues, we would greatly appreciate a visit to the office to discuss in person. Thank you.

beautiful property beautiful people
August 23, 2018My mom recently decided to downgrade to a one bedroom apartment since it is just her now. After going to a few properties they just didn’t feel homey to her. We stumbled upon this listing and could not wait to go for our tour. When we arrived at their office and were greeted by Yuliana. We where informed that she was the leasing manager and would be helping us for the day. She was very sweet and welcoming to my mother and I. She gave us a brief run down on what we could expect if we decided to ...take the apartment. She was very patient in making sure my mother understood everything. Being an older woman she definitely needs someone to be patient with her. Yuliana lead us to the apartment for our tour. She let my mother take her time looking through the apartment and answered her hundreds of questions. awe never once felt rushed. She was very detailed with everything and had a smile on her face the whole time! I know my mother will be very happy and comfortable in her new apartment. Two wonderful years
December 31, 2013I had the privilege to be living alone (occasionally with my family) in a two bed room apartment (Bldg E) at the Broadmore apartments from Oct 2011 to Dec 2013. Loved everything about this place and was extremely pleased with my experiences. Reasonably sufficient parking just a stone throw away and the driveways are well maintained. I found this place to be quiet, safe, child friendly with friendly neighbors and professional staff. Maintenance has been timely and on task all the time despite me ...being very demanding. Lansdale borough was my power supplier and I have never received such low and reasonable bill in my recent memory. The charges by the apartment itself was so low that between both the bills, the charges I paid was the lowest I have ever paid in my life. The cross winds during summer and the natural lighting in my apartment made it a Shangri-La like atmosphere. Best placed I lived since 1995
March 13, 2014I can not say enough great things about living here, the professional office staff and the professional Maintenance staff here. From the first day I was greeted friendly and courteously by the office Manager and her assistant . Prices Are extremely reasonable and the apartment homes kept spotless. You can tell right away from anyone who works here they love their job. They've gone out of their way to help me carry trash when I was injured and even when I wasn't they helped me with my groceries. ...On top of what they do to fix anything that goes wrong with my apartment. They're not obligated to go out of their way and they're always busy. They always make time and greet you friendly with a smile on their face. I really love it here.
