    Beautiful apartments, staff is friendly, my price was right, no crazy fees. The only complaint I have was I waited a week for my lease due to WiFi issues in the office. Also visitor parking isn’t that great

    The management team can be very condescending. They request improvements, but there is rarely a tangible solution(or at least they claim).Walls and floors are paper thin (neighbors could be heard from all around, above, below, and of course, the halls.) Parking deck was also hazardous becuase of the narrow spacing and speeding residents.

    This building was nice when I first moved in, the building has gone down tremendously it’s like they couldn't fill the building so they let anyone in and weed smoking loud music is out of hand
