Noisy, high crime area
July 22, 2025Next door is a methadone clinic (Calvary Outpatient) for addicts, other side an overnight pet hotel dogs barking all night and a bar. Un-homed persons in the garage. Do not walk around here at night or day. Good reviews are from the parent corporate company- persons with new account one other review scam advertising tactics. The application and move-in process was super easy, and they offered some really great concessions that made everything more affordable starting out. The staff here has been awesome, especially Aubrey and Luke. They’ve both been so kind and helpful, and honestly willing to bend over backwards to make sure everything goes right. It really makes a difference when the team genuinely cares. The location is also a huge ...plus. There are so many great restaurants and bars close by. This is my first time renting an apartment on my own, and I’d absolutely recommend Broadstone on 7th to anyone, especially other young professionals like myself.
