Besides minor detailing of the build I do love living here. I personally have not had major issues while living here. When they arise, I’m navigating with Broadstone ascend staff who help me navigate any question or issue I have.

Building is ok, landscaping was nice, and management has its moments of acting like they care (some employees much better than others) - but the newness is fading fast, facilities getting dirty and old already. Lots of neighbors who don’t follow the rules and make the property worse they don’t do anything about. Management doesn’t seem to care about anything except collecting your rent, which is exorbitant, very hard to get them to enforce the rules. We could rent a house in Litchfield for the ...

I truly have found a home at Prose Ascend. The property is very well maintained and the Management Staff is extremely Nice and Professional, and they respond to questions very quickly. I already have a family member interested in moving to Prose Ascend in a few months once his current lease has ended!!
