July 9, 2025In general I would say it’s a Good place to stay, nice neighborhood in general, friendly staff, good deals. I recommend better enforcement of no pet zone and picking up after your pets use the bathroom because you still see pets dump in places you shouldn’t, like behind the window, facing outside especially on the Lower that have the windows at ground level.Property Manager Responded

I moved from out of state, and Hannah was extremely helpful throughout the process between providing a virtual tour of my apartment and answering any questions I had regarding my lease. The location is awesome - only 10-15 minutes away from downtown even with traffic, close to shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and conveniently walking distance to the soccer stadium. Gated parking garage is super nice to have, plus the building isn't ...completely full so there are plenty of parking spots. They offered 10 weeks free free parking for a year, which is saving me some money at least for the first year. Overall, it's been a great experience!Property Manager Responded

Kelsey helped me get all situated and went above and beyond to help me get my packages before I had everything set up! It feels like the people who work here, really do care about your experience. August 9, 2024A great place to live! Close to basically anything you want to do. Because of the location you don’t have to take congested highways to get from one area of Nashville to another. A great place to live if you have a dog, because it’s right across the street from a dog park. Alec & the rest of the leasing team are very friendly and knowledgeable and help you very quickly!
