March 31, 2026The team worked hard to keep the excellent standards that Broadstone maintains, especially during this recent ice/snow storm. Communication was professional, yet caring, and timely. I don’t have to use our maintenance staff often at all, but I believe that’s because they are always around with a smiling face and working hard. The location is great, tucked away and quiet but close to everything, with great access to interstate. The unit is very nice, clean, and seems to be great quality. The fixtures are really nice, as is the bathroom. I haven’t used too many of the amenities yet but the ones I have are great. Plenty of parking spaces, including for guests. September 11, 2025I love the location. It is great that at night I feel safe to go right downstairs and walk in an area that has events, restaurants and people everywhere. It's also so close to Centennial park I can walk on foot in 8 minutes. Wonderful to know I can walk there and don't need to drive/park if there's an event. It's also close to Germantown, Gulch, downtown easily take Uber if needed but I don't have to live right down there (I didn't want to bc of traffic, crowds, gentrification). It's also ...super close to drive to Green Hills and airport. I love the area. Joe at the leasing office and Jerry in maintenance are seriously wonderful. Great Property in an Amazing Location!
June 25, 2025I lived at Broadstone Centennial for 2 years and loved it. The location is great, and it is a beautiful building. Some of the reviews I have seen on here are just not accurate. Although there have been a few break ins, they were not isolated to our building and the apartment next door was also affected. not a safe building at all
January 29, 2025While the property itself is great, it’s not secured. We have been seeing a number of break ins and a car theft in our garage (my car was stolen while I was out of town and had it parked inside the “secured” gate). There’s only one camera on the first floor and no security after you get through the gate. The doors on the interior of the garage are all open (minus two right at the entrance) and do not require a badge or key to get in. Management has said that there’s not enough money to invest in ...increased security. It’s a shame that resident safety is not on the top of this property’s list. People are having their cars broken into during all times of the day here… and stolen at that… Keep that in mind before deciding !Property Manager Responded
