No integrity
March 6, 2020I paid my rent on time for 2 years and when I ended my lease they exaggerated issues that they said we're wrong with the apartment the apartment was very clean the carpet was cared for there was no damage and yet they kept my deposit and charged me more, so that they would be able to keep my deposit they would rather get as much out of you as they can then to see you happy on your way , no integrity!!!Property Manager Responded

Not Recommended
August 19, 2018Great for 3 years, until the tenants they started accepting, changed. It's not safe here and management is not interested in your personal safety, especially when it involves their NEW tenants. If you complain; expect to be in violation, just as well, even if you're not the cause of the problem. They will treat the one who's doing the harassing as the victim. I've been here for a few years with no major issues, and then this new tenant felt entitled enough to curse at children and charge at me. ...Apparently, this is acceptable behavior. Expect management to do nothing, but provide a violation on the behalf of the one who's retaliating for the complaint and send them one as well to make it "equal". (Good people who do nothing or remain neutral, are just as bad). My husband is a vet, and currently has PTSD. Which is sad, because they know of our character, and they are aware of this tenant and their vulgar display of bad behavior. But apparently that is not for grounds to make a clear determination in what's really going on. They will not provide a resolution, and have no intent to mediate this out. Their only loyalty is your rent money, and whatever fees they can add for their inconvenience. There should be a some sort of expectation when it comes to their residents' safety. But the location is just as bad, so the level of consistency is there. Plus, if you inquire about the several police cars, and a crime scene vehicle on the premises, expect no explanation. Their priceless response; is to ACT just as clueless as you. Stay far far away!
January 2, 2018Been here few months and leaving lease early Office staff has no symphony whatsoever. Don’t care about property. Dogs poop all over the sidewalk and night security guard passes out in his golf cart almost every night. If you miss a payment by even one min you are screwed and hit up so so many fees and not allowed to pay online anymore. They make it more of a hassle that what it needs to be.
