Amazing Place to Live

March 15, 2024Property was advertised as a luxury neighborhood, however there are not many luxuries being offered that I am aware of. The extra attention to detail within my apartment is lovely, but no additional luxuries. Residents are very young college students that don’t respect noise levels. Many residents are rude & this is THE WORST parking that I have ever dealt with while renting. All my other complexes were within a few miles of this area. There maximized on buildings stacked on top of each other w/o ...any care for where we’d park.Property Manager Responded

January 1, 2024I would suggest an apt in the back (not bldg 1-3) if you are noise sensitive because Palmetto Commerce does get a little busy and can be heard from the front buildings. The train barely goes by so people complaining about that noise are silly. It is in the flight path, but personally i think it’s cool to watch the planes go overhead. Clean community.
