The property is always kept up nicely, the neighbors are friendly, and there is just a comfort here that is hard to put into words until you experience it yourself. The management team genuinely cares and it shows. They regularly bring in local food trucks which gives residents a chance to try different cuisines, supports small businesses, ...and naturally brings the community together. The extra attention to detail within my apartment is lovely, but no additional luxuries. Residents are very young college students that don’t respect noise levels. Many residents are rude & this is THE WORST parking that I have ever dealt with while renting. All my other complexes were within a few miles of this area.
