April 28, 2025Don't stay here as long as Lexi is the building manager. Initial issues with the building changing the start of my lease without communicating with me. Then everyone ducking my phone calls and emails while I was moving cross country. I had to drive to the office just to talk to someone because no one responded to my phone calls or emails. Then we finally get in, and things are fine until we need to renew and Lexi would not work with us on renewal terms. She wouldn't talk to me and kept ...blaming her regional manager. Then we had maintenance issues that took weeks to resolve resulting in additional damage to flooring when Lexi wouldn't authorize replacement appliances. Maintenance and staff are amazing! They are the nicest people, and I can tell they are extremely knowledgeable (I work closely with a maintenance group in my job). Management is the problem.Property Manager Responded
