Maintenance request fulfillment has significantly slowed down. Calling the office and getting an answer or even a return phone call is very slim. Also it’s very noisy early in the morning due to the construction at the Pullman year. The main gate squeaks EXTREMELY loud to the point it wakes me up consistently and for the amount we pay to reside here surely the gate can be properly greased or repaired. Often times the gates are also often broken from being hit and stuck. The newer staff is not ...

Hallways are a little smelly - rugs could probably use a deep wash. Walls are so thin you could hear a pin drop from your neighbor. The space is good though.
