October 9, 2025I’ve lived here for over a year and even renewed my lease, but the experience has declined recently. Constant construction brings heavy noise and dust that settles on cars and inside the apartment. The entry gate rarely works with the fob, often forcing me to get out of my car to open it manually. Hallways have a persistent odor, the gym has poor ventilation that makes it hard to breathe after workouts, and I’ve recently started noticing cockroaches. The location and amenities are convenient, but ...these unresolved issues seriously affect the quality of living.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2025Living at this apartment community has been a positive experience overall. The staff is responsive, friendly, and quick to handle maintenance requests, which really makes a difference in day-to-day comfort. The grounds are well kept, with clean hallways, landscaping, and common areas that feel welcoming. Parking is generally available, though it can get a little tight at peak times. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and major routes, which makes errands and commuting easy. ...The neighbors are respectful, and the community itself feels safe and quiet, which I appreciate. September 13, 2025Most of the people are nice that live here. The staff is super nice and amazing. The parking situation need major improvement. The gates work most of the time. August 1, 2025It is nice. I don’t like that the smoking rules aren’t always enforced and the hallways smell like weed. The on campus security is nice. I like the amenities.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Staff
May 14, 2025Broadstone Pullman is a great place to live. The apartments are clean and comfortable, and the amenities are well maintained. The staff is always friendly, especially Samantha. She always goes out of her way to help me or even to just say hello. Living here has been a smooth and positive experience. Living Here Since August 2022
April 25, 2025I've been living at Broadstone Pullman since August 2022. I must say that every time I consider moving I always end up extending my lease. It is a quiet and comfy location that is growing slowly but surely. One great perk is being able to have easy, walkable access to all of the events at Pullman Yards since it's next door. I will admit the apartment structure is kind of thin if you're sensitive to noise, but it is bearable if you have the right neighbors in close proximity. The staff here is ...friendly (office and maintenance). Jordan and Melissa are my faves :) I'll probably extend my lease again until it's truly time for me to move on.Property Manager Responded
