January 3, 2026There are better options … The building looks nice, I like my layout, the gym is solid, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly. The problem is how many issues I’ve had in such a short amount of time living here. I’ve already had to put in several maintenance requests. My keypad barely works because it dies EVERY month. It’s not just mine either, a lot of people use their physical keys. It’s honestly just decoration. On top of that, my bathroom door kept getting stuck, my dishwasher ...broke after one use, the heater makes a loud banging noise when it turns on, and it was obvious the air filters weren’t replaced before I moved in. I also found mold in the cabinets, and when I cleaned it I had to pull out the refrigerator because there was mold on the sides too. Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way was one of the staff member begging me to leave a five star review before he left, which made the ratings feel forced instead of honest.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 20, 2025I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The building is well-maintained, and any minor issues I’ve had were handled quickly by the management team. The staff is friendly and professional, and the common areas are always clean. My unit is comfortable and gets plenty of natural light. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. October 12, 2025The employees work hard and do their best! It’s been hectic between the gym ceiling leaking and someone running into one of the buildings but they’ve been handling things well to my knowledge. The biggest issue is trash. People don’t know how to put it in the dumpster properly and just stack it outside on the sidewalk. And there’s only one for the entire complex so it fills up fast.Property Manager Responded
