January 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThere are better options … The building looks nice, I like my layout, the gym is solid, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly. The problem is how many issues I’ve had in such a short amount of time living here. I’ve already had to put in several maintenance requests. My keypad barely works because it dies EVERY month. It’s not just mine either, a lot of people use their physical keys. It’s honestly just decoration. On top of that, my bathroom door kept getting stuck, my dishwasher ...broke after one use, the heater makes a loud banging noise when it turns on, and it was obvious the air filters weren’t replaced before I moved in. I also found mold in the cabinets, and when I cleaned it I had to pull out the refrigerator because there was mold on the sides too. Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way was one of the staff member begging me to leave a five star review before he left, which made the ratings feel forced instead of honest.Read More
