November 20, 2025I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The building is well-maintained, and any minor issues I’ve had were handled quickly by the management team. The staff is friendly and professional, and the common areas are always clean. My unit is comfortable and gets plenty of natural light. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. October 12, 2025The employees work hard and do their best! It’s been hectic between the gym ceiling leaking and someone running into one of the buildings but they’ve been handling things well to my knowledge. The biggest issue is trash. People don’t know how to put it in the dumpster properly and just stack it outside on the sidewalk. And there’s only one for the entire complex so it fills up fast.Property Manager Responded

One of the biggest highlights is the management — they are incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the tenants. August 28, 2025Recent parking lot repaving was completely unnecessary & a total fiasco. Funds would be better invested in an actual need such as improving drainage near the buildings. The frequent water incursions are ridiculous.Property Manager Responded
