March 31, 2026A nice neighborhood, away from a busy main road, mostly quiet (except for the incredibly loud staff motorcycle that parks right under the residents' windows. And if you ignore the garbage truck, which is so loud you need earplugs). The apartments are in good condition, and there's plenty of parking. The maintenance staff sometimes raises questions (they "repaired" the mailroom door - it wouldn't open for several weeks without a key (that's a testament to the quality of the repairs) - but they ...fixed it! :))) Otherwise, it's okay. A couple of times they didn't pick up the trash (I've been living here for almost a year), and sometimes the mailroom was a nightmare - those are the downsides). Otherwise, it seems fine. The pool, however, wasn't cleaned well in the summer - it took a long time, and only when the flowers were completely blooming. I hope my frankness will not cost me too much.Property Manager Responded
