    Great community located by the canal in Old Town with ability to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. State of the art amenities with a great pool, cabanas, and incredible 2-story gym. Luxury units are incredible and leasing office is great to work with. No issues with parking - plenty of availability in the secure parking garage.

    From application to move in and beyond, the staff at Broadstone Waterfront has been nothing but helpful and amazing. Ashley, who helped us through the whole process was absolutely class. Corina and Lexis at the front desk made the move-in easy as well as helping navigate maintenance issues we had. Moving across the country we wanted a place that felt like home and Broadstone has made that happen. We love living here and honestly can't imagine living anywhere else. We frequent the shops and ...

    I have lived here for 1 year plus! Love the apartment set up, I seldom hear anyone in the hallway. All maintenance completed within 24 hours or sooner. I love the closeness of the mall, the canal to walk along and the restaurants nearby!!
