I love it!
April 1, 2026I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at Broadview Apartments in Baltimore. From the beginning, the building has had a lot to offer—spacious units, great natural light, and a convenient location that makes getting around the city easy. The historic character of the building adds a unique charm that you don’t find everywhere, which has made living here feel special. What’s been especially encouraging lately is the positive shift since the new property manager came on board. There’s a ...noticeable difference in communication, responsiveness, and overall attention to residents’ needs. Maintenance requests are being handled more efficiently, and common areas are receiving more consistent care and upkeep. It really feels like there’s a renewed sense of pride in the property. It’s clear that things are moving in a great direction, and I’m excited to see how the improvements continue. Why I Cannot Recommend Broadview Apartments
November 23, 2025My experience living at Broadview Apartments has been extremely disappointing. For the past 4–5 months, I have been dealing with a persistent and severe pest infestation, including both mice and cockroaches. These pests have appeared in the kitchen, hall, bedroom, and bathroom, making daily living very uncomfortable. Although I reported the issue multiple times and management sent pest control on several occasions, the treatments have been completely ineffective. The problem continues to return, ...and nothing has been done to identify or fix the root cause. It has been frustrating to maintain cleanliness and still see no improvement. The constant presence of pests has created a stressful and unhealthy living environment. When residents pay high rent, they expect a clean, safe, and well-maintained place to live. Unfortunately, Broadview has not met those expectations in my case. I sincerely hope management takes this matter seriously and provides a stronger, long-term solution for the benefit of current and future tenants. Newfound Home
October 29, 2024Broadview has been more than an apartment building where I live. The property for the two-bedroom I'm in is big and spacious. In the time I've been there, I've also cultivated a warming relationship with the people at the front desk. Gary and Kayla are always there in the morning to say hello and wish me a good day. Then when I return, Darryl always says, "Welcome Home!", while Danielle asks how am I and how my day went. My Home
October 29, 2024Living in Broadview has allowed me to build a community of people who have become part of my family. As a student coming home after a long day, hearing Darryl say, "Welcome home!" truly makes me feel at home. Danielle always asks how I'm doing and updates on any events the building is having, giving me time to relax and take a break from the daily stresses of life. Among all the amenities we have, my favorite is the gym, which provides fully functional equipment for a full-body workout. Garry and ...Kayla are always there in the mornings to wish me a good day. Lack of professionalism
December 17, 2023I had scheduled a tour of the apartment complex with Eric for Saturday, the 16th of Dec, after exchanging several text messages. Living in NYC, I had planned a special trip just to view the apartment, even arranging to stay at a friend’s place. However, Eric did not show up for the appointment nor replied to my messages. At the leasing office, a staff member informed us that Eric does not work on weekends. Not once did this person apologize for the inconvenience. This experience was enough for me ...to conclude that what other reviews say is true: bad management. I will not be coming back.Property Manager Responded

This building is a disgrace
July 10, 2021I've lived here for three years and have dealt with roaches, mice, sinks overflowing with sewage water, cheap adhesive coming up on floors, trash chutes overflowing and stinking up entire floors and still can't get maintenance to address anything without submitting two to three tickets for the same issue. I've waited as long as eight months with three tickets submitted to have a large hole in my kitchen wall filled because mice were infesting my apartment through it. Their response was to place a ...couple mouse traps instead of filling in the hole that I confirmed to be their entry point. If you are researching other buildings in the area I urge you to pursue them instead.Property Manager Responded

Property has too many major issues
April 28, 2021Half of the units in this building do not have working heating & air conditioning. Mine worked the first couple months, but proceeded to break down every other month for two years. I don't know if I can fault maintenance because they were very responsive to requests -- but they have ultimately been unable to fix the issue. Also, Broadview Apartments + Woodcliffe manor clearly only have ~10 maintenance people servicing 300+ units -- they are understaffed. Garbage chutes have not worked for ~3 ...months. Otherwise, it's a good building. Great common areas, gym, wifi in lounges, etc. If you're lucky enough to get a working unit, congrats. Otherwise, you need to give 60-days notice before your lease ends to move out.Property Manager Responded
