    I loved it here until the eviction notice for being one day late. I doubt I'd recommend this place now. I would not want what happened to me, to happen to someone I care about.

However, the leasing process and move-in were marked by communication challenges, last-minute requests, and an unreasonable $650 non-refundable re-decorating fee??     Beautiful homes with large windows and lots of light. Management is friendly but follow ups need some improvement. Dog waste is a real issue as many residents don’t care to clean up after their pets even though Broadway 190 has a program that should encourage residents to clean up after their pets. Maybe the program isn’t being utilized often enough? Unfortunately, the grassy areas struggle to stay alive. This is not managements problem as much as it was not constructed properly allowing proper ...

    Broadway190 apartments have been wonderful! Our move in experience was as seemless as possible, the management team is very kind and knowledgeable. The community here is calm and welcoming. The unit provides plenty of storage space and the kitchen is the best I have seen for any apartment! Highly recommended looking into these apartments!
