May 31, 2024I have only been living here for 3 weeks. My experience at Broadway 190 has been a mixed, with a notable positive being Melissa's impressive tour. However, the leasing process and move-in were marked by communication challenges, last-minute requests, and an unreasonable $650 non-refundable re-decorating fee?? The requirement for a cashier's check on move-in day added unnecessary stress. Despite these drawbacks, the maintenance staff has stood out for their friendliness and helpful demeanor. May 31, 2024Beautiful homes with large windows and lots of light. Management is friendly but follow ups need some improvement. Dog waste is a real issue as many residents don’t care to clean up after their pets even though Broadway 190 has a program that should encourage residents to clean up after their pets. Maybe the program isn’t being utilized often enough? Unfortunately, the grassy areas struggle to stay alive. This is not managements problem as much as it was not constructed properly allowing proper ...drainage. Overall, it’s a great place to live and feels safe here.Property Manager Responded
