Its not been very satisfying lately. I think more can be done for residents in terms of cleanliness in the common areas etc. Other developments clean the common areas like stairs and common grounds but Broadway 190 doesnt and sometimes the stairs look so dirty after a resident drags a leaking trash bag downstairs its embarrassing to even have friends or family visiting as the apartments look so unkempt on the outside. Its even harder then to recommend the apartments to anyone.

At Broadway Apartments, it feels like MY home, with plenty of space to decorate it my way. These apartments have clean grounds, friendly staff, and quiet living spaces. They are easy to talk to about any concerns and are quick to fix whatever arises. The maintenance is friendly too. I particularly am pleased that there are washers and dryers, and a dishwasher. I especially am grateful that they allow pets. I recommend these guys for any apartment needs.

I have lived at Broadway190 for almost 4 years now. It's a wonderful and quiet community. The management and staff are so friendly and helpful. The apartments are modern with a great floor plan, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings and large windows that let the light in. We are so close to shopping and the freeway.

I loved it here until the eviction notice for being one day late. I doubt I'd recommend this place now. I would not want what happened to me, to happen to someone I care about.
