    I loved it here until the eviction notice for being one day late. I doubt I'd recommend this place now. I would not want what happened to me, to happen to someone I care about.

    I have very much enjoyed my 2 years thus far at Broadway190 and have so far not had any issues with my apartment. The rent is within my affordability and I enjoy the laid back and peaceful location.

    I have only been living here for 3 weeks. My experience at Broadway 190 has been a mixed, with a notable positive being Melissa's impressive tour. However, the leasing process and move-in were marked by communication challenges, last-minute requests, and an unreasonable $650 non-refundable re-decorating fee?? The requirement for a cashier's check on move-in day added unnecessary stress. Despite these drawbacks, the maintenance staff has stood out for their friendliness and helpful demeanor. While ...

    Beautiful homes with large windows and lots of light. Management is friendly but follow ups need some improvement. Dog waste is a real issue as many residents don’t care to clean up after their pets even though Broadway 190 has a program that should encourage residents to clean up after their pets. Maybe the program isn’t being utilized often enough? Unfortunately, the grassy areas struggle to stay alive. This is not managements problem as much as it was not constructed properly allowing proper ...
    drainage. Overall, it’s a great place to live and feels safe here.

    Broadway190 apartments have been wonderful! Our move in experience was as seemless as possible, the management team is very kind and knowledgeable. The community here is calm and welcoming. The unit provides plenty of storage space and the kitchen is the best I have seen for any apartment! Highly recommended looking into these apartments!

    I have had a positive experience getting into Broadway Apt. Everyone here is upbeat and positive. The management team in on the ball all the time. They are eager to please you and make everything a positive experience. Sarah the manager always gives it her all for everyone who comes into contact with her and makes sure people are satisfied. My apartment is so beautiful and everything works so well. They do an excellent job keeping everything immaculate everywhere. The people who are my neighbors ...
