There are only 15 spaces adjacent to the building or directly across the street. Because bus service and downtown is only 4 blocks away is so close I decided to live for the first time in my life without a car. I have rented and I have owned my own home. I am retired now and enjoy living here more than anywhere I rented. The place is kept clean and good repair. I have had no issues at all the entire time I have been here. Manager and repair people are friendly, courteous, professional and neat. I don't think there is any other place in the entire area that offers the advantages and featuures of the Broadway Apartments.
