Fair Share of Problems But It's Home

There is no doubt that this apartment building has its fair share of problems but it also has several good aspects.
Pros: The rent is affordable in comparison to other apartments in Los Angeles County. The utilities are paid. The front lawn is well tended. The managers are helpful and nice. When a problem occurs the staff tries to fix it in an efficient and timely fashion. The building is within walking distance to the metro, shopping areas, parks, and schools. Cons: One of the managers does not speak English and the other's English is limited. There is an active industrial train which runs twice a day on most weekdays in the back of the building. The pool was recently filled in because the upkeep was too expensive. Across the railroad, the neighbors have a lot of kids and give loud parties.
