This place is absolutely disgusting. I have been here for 12 months and I have lived through roaches, and sewage coming up from the drains and flooding our apartments. I have dealt with people being in my apartment when I gave no authorization for them to be in my place. If you are a respectable human being you would steer away from this place. I've tried to call the regional manager multiple times, due to the fact I'm paying to stand in others sewage and roaches. I can not wait til I'm out of ...

I was followed by a male from my car one night probably the one of multiple men who stand outside all day drinking. Cars get broken into. I asked for reparation for the constant battle I've had to endure with this place I asked for money off my rent due to the cleaning supplies and roach repellent I've had to buy. My apartment was flooded with sewer water and they told me that their plumbing was for over 6 hours then showed up about 9 hours later and they didnt clean my apartment until 3am. They never cleaned up bathroom from flood. My house stinks. Dont rent 2bd 2 bth those apartment s flood with sick sewer water

Worst apartment ever

When I moved in, my apartment was not ready but I wasn't told that until I was there with the moving truck. I've had continual issues since I moved in. I had a huge roach issue. Repairs that were done to get my apartment ready had to be redone sometimes a few times. My ac has leaked 4 times since I moved in in October. My countertops had to be redone twice after I moved in making my kitchen unusable for a whole month. My roof was leaking from a storm a few months ago during the night and ...
emergency maintenance never called me back. The office and maintenance person argued the next day about who was on call. The management company doesn't care. I've been told since January that Sara from corporate would be calling me to discuss all my issues, but I've never been called. Last time I went to the office, I was told "oh I talked to her but she doesn't know who you are." Still no call. I've been a model tenant and pay my rent on time each month. This place is a joke. Save your money and never get near a ConAm property especially this one!

This place is a joke moved in had several work orders put in 4 months later they still never came to fix anything I had to fix them myself. The old property manager let everyone do what they want so the new one can't do anything because the long time residents will complain. Con am the company running this place is a bigger joke they collect your rent and that's it. Seems more and more good people are moving out and more trash is moving in by the day. I can't wait to get out of here.

We came from a long distance and unfortunately didn't know what we were walking into. The pictures and descriptions online are false advertising for this apartment complex. I am no where NEAR picky, but there are so many things wrong with this place. CONS: -Has not ever been renovated. It's just as old as when it was built. -Things are constantly breaking and take weeks to get fixed (even a stinky garbage disposal). -Huge gaps in screen door and front door to living room (multiple flies have ...
been coming into our apartment through the door, even with the air on). -When we moved in, our apartment smelled horribly of smoke, and STILL does unless we keep the windows and doors open (we are non-smokers). -Management does anything to get you to live here, but once you do, you are no longer a priority (our work orders were always put in and forgotten about, or not put in in the first place). -Tenants apparently like to throw trash all over the place and the garbage bins are often overflowing. -One small utility closet outside the apartment. Other than that, ZERO storage. PROS: -Fairly quiet unless you have neighbors who like to play loud music at night. -New pool furniture. -Close to downtown Glendale. Basically, you get what you pay for. It was cheap, and we've learned our lesson. Very disappointed that we wasted a year here.

My wife, adult daughter and I have lived at Brook Creek Apartments in Glendale, AZ for five years. The location is near to downtown Glendale where many events occur. We are also close to where the antique shops are. The staff is friendly, the grounds are kept nice, we have friendly neighbors as well. The only thing missing is a community center or a fitness center

This apartment complex could be nice if kept up properly. The office staff are very nice and helpful. Most of my apartment is nice, especially the living room. I like the way the kitchen is layed out, but the appliances are old and mistreated. Everyone I have met seems very nice, so I am thankful for that. Good experience so far.
