Great 10 years at Brook Haven
February 13, 2024- Well maintained property with plenty of open space - Quiet neighborhood - Secure buildings; I never had a package stolen, I have even had one returned to me when it was delivered to the wrong building - Friendly staff; understanding and patient when my renter's insurance lapsed ... every year - Friendly and responsive maintenance crew I rented a corner apartment on the second floor facing the East and South: - Sun all day long with a tree for shade on one side - 400 sq ft Jr. 1-bed - Carpet ...throughout, except kitchen and bathroom of course - Half-kitchen; perfect for one person - Great shower!!! Terrible smell/Air quality

Perfect Place
May 25, 2021I have been living at Brook Haven Estates for many years now. I have never had any issues, I only have positive feedback. The staff is fantastic and very quick to respond to any issues if there are any. Maintenance is superb, always quick and very friendly. The grounds are kept up to perfection. When I first came here I was in a 3rd floor apartment, as soon as a second floor because available I grabbed it. I feel safe here. Close space near everything
July 26, 2015Brook Haven estates is a wonderful place to live. The singles have ample room for all of life's necessities, and a nice soft rug that allows simple sleeping set ups for friends to be comfortable places to crash for the night. Rent is very reasonable, especially for how close to Boston Attleboro is. With 15 apartments per building, there is ample parking space in the estate-only parking lots. There are plenty of gyms around, plenty of shopping centers, is a 1.5 mile walk from La Salette, and is ...within 3 miles to both 95, 495, and route 1. The commute to Walpole is no more than 35 minutes throughout the week, and overall I feel like I am getting what I pay for out of this apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Easiest place to live on earth!
July 23, 2015I live in Brook Haven Estates! A quiet, spacious, beautifully landscaped woodland with the most helpful maint. staff. With a tennis court, basketball court, gym and pond I always have the opportunity to keep active without paying for a gym membership. Once a week the property is landscaped, so it is always in tip top shape! So why would I move out? I cant afford the rent:( It is reasonably priced for everything they have to offer, but on my salary I have to say goodbye. I found this website ...and it's polygon tool is awesome and easy to use, so hopefully soon I will be in a new apartment, courtesy of apartments.com helpful website!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
