They are pretty good
October 10, 2020Brookview apartments are pretty good . The area is quiet and reasonable . The maintenance is good as well. Only downfall is that the walls are really thin , you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING you can’t even argue in your own apartment without someone judging you and we’ve had a few friends (mice) visit us a few times other than that it’s kool.Review from Apartments.com
I do not feel safe
April 18, 2019I do not feel safe here. Since I have moved in, not once, not twice but 3 times the maintenance staff has entered my home with out permission when I have been home. The first 2 times I was sleeping in my bed and was awakened by strange men traipsing through my home. The 3rd time I was told they would be coming by for maintenance on Friday. Today is Thursday. Silly me I had the audacity to take a shower in my own home and while I was in the shower men came into my home and knocked on my bathroom ...door. One or two times of this happening might be a mistake. 3 times is a pattern. I truly believe they are doing this on purpose. I am movin. I DO NO RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX if you are a woman alone.Property Manager Responded

July 20, 2015Maintenance loves to come fill their orders a few days late. They also believe that mice have feelings and should be allowed to reside in our apartment, free of charge. I really wish someone would evict these freeloaders once and for all.Review from Apartments.com
